Clean and spacious room.
During our stay, we faced issues with the washer/dryer setup, which was quite confusing without clear instructions. Furthermore, the staff was not particularly helpful when we had questions about using the facilities. Although the hot tub and sauna were nice, the lack of user guidance made it frustrating to enjoy them properly.

Family vacation spot with fine views
We had an lovely time here. The cottage was warm and cozy, and the view was just perfect! I mean, every window offered a amazing sight, and the northern lights? Wow, it felt like nature was putting on a show just for us!
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was alright given the wonderful experience.

We had an awesome time with friends! The location was great for hiking and skiing. We loved visiting Bjarteyjarsandur, a spot with rich history, and the Akranes swimming pool, which was perfect for kids with its slide. Rooms were spacious and clean, and we appreciated the helpful staff. Definitely recommend this place for its amenities and friendly vibe.
The only downside was that our studio had wired internet instead of wifi, which made it tough to connect our mobile devices. It would be nice if they had better options for internet access.

No specialized activities for seniors.

The Deluxe Triple Room was clean and comfy, with all the essentials. We had a kitchenette, which was super handy. The view was unfortunately just of a road and another building, so that was a bummer. But the balcony was nice, especially when we spotted the northern lights! Overall, it was a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring.

The location, as far as inbetween Reykjavik and the
Snaefellsnes peninsula, was excellent. The room had a kitchenette and was spotless, but the view from the room was disappointing. Fortunately, we did see northern lights one night! The herd of Icelandic horses nearby was an added bonus.

A delightful dinner surprise
Stopped for a quick meal and found a hidden gem! The home-cooked cod and asparagus soup ignited our taste buds. Staff was friendly, making us feel welcomed.
Unfortunately, the prices felt a bit steep for the limited menu choices. A few more options would have made the dining experience even better.
